Le projet comprend des applications natives <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sidekickinteractive.com\/fr\/developpement-dapplications-mobiles\/ios\/\">pour iOS<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sidekickinteractive.com\/fr\/developpement-dapplications-mobiles\/android\/\">Android<\/a>, un site web, une ligne t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de reconnaissance vocale, ainsi que des notifications par push, SMS et e-mail. La nuit, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la rue o\u00f9 le stationnement est autoris\u00e9 d\u00e9pend du num\u00e9ro de rue (pair ou impair) et alterne d\u2019une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Certains quartiers appliquent un syst\u00e8me de stationnement altern\u00e9, o\u00f9 le c\u00f4t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 change tous les jours. Le territoire est divis\u00e9 en huit zones, chacune ayant ses propres r\u00e8gles. Les parkings de la ville ferment en cas de temp\u00eate de neige, et le stationnement dans la rue est interdit partout o\u00f9 la neige est d\u00e9blay\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Pour savoir o\u00f9 ils pouvaient se garer, les habitants devaient consulter le site Internet de la Ville, appeler la mairie ou demander \u00e0 un voisin. De nombreuses plaintes concernaient des contraventions de stationnement, et les agents de police avaient du mal \u00e0 faire respecter les r\u00e8gles, car les habitants contestaient souvent leurs contraventions. Les v\u00e9hicules laiss\u00e9s dans la rue compliquaient \u00e9galement le travail des \u00e9quipes de d\u00e9neigement.
